World Peace Exchange has initially limited the area that it can
provide services for International Exchange students. This
limitation is to provide greater and more depth to meaningful
programs for students and to keep the geographic area confined
enough to easily bring students together for trips and
excursions.
It also allows the students to form informal groups that
can meet occasionally, where they can exchange ideas, cultural
experiences and get to know their counterparts from around the
world.
Currently we limit our coverage to students living in the
Northern California and Northern Nevada region. The Exchange
agencies that we work with have representatives in the following
cities:
|
A |
Carson City, NV
Chico, CA
Eureka, CA
Redding, CA
Winnemucca, NV
|
B |
Salinas, CA
San Francisco, CA
San Jose, CA
Fresno, CA
Santa Rosa, CA
|
|
Each area is either in
group A or B, depending on it's geographical location. Areas are
grouped so that when trips and excursions are scheduled, the
total quantity of students traveling remains small enough so
that a good support and management systems can help insure a
quality experience for each of the participating students.
Regardless of the group students belong to, each group will have
the same trips/excursions, although the dates will be staggered.
